DUTIES OF THE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER



PART III -Post-Construction Phase
  1. The work upon completion to be carefully inspected by the Construction Management Team and, upon
    approval, the certificate of completion would be issued.

  2. *A close relationship is to be maintained with the Owner's operating staff to ensure a smooth and proper takeover of the completed building, including all necessary training and instruction of the Owner's personnel.

  3. *The Construction Manager will assist the Owner in administering guarantees by the Trade Contractors during the guarantee period.
